The Eagle-Owls lost to Denmark (1-0), Slovenia (3-0) and Kazakhstan (2-1) before beating Northern Ireland. 

Markku Kanerva’s side were in control during the victory with 62% possession and 11 shots. Joel Pohjanpalo, Daniel Håkans, Teemu Pukki and Robin Lod were on target to seal the win.
