A 1-0 defeat at Kaizer Chiefs was followed by a 2-2 home draw vs ten-man Marumo Gallants. They beat Golden Arrows 2-1 away in the Nedbank Cup before losing 1-0 at Polokwane City.
Their last match saw a 4-1 win at Magesi FC. The match was halted due to floodlight failure and was continued the next day.
Veteran midfielder Andile Jali does not appear to be in coach Thabo September’s plans. Another option in the engine room departed the club in Tanzanian midfielder Baraka Majogoro.
