A 0-0 at Golden Arrows came despite allowing 16 shots to their opponents. In midweek, SuperSport ground out a 0-0 draw away at Chippa United.

SuperSport are without key midfielder Grant Margeman to a long-term injury. Top striker Bradley Grobler is back from four months out injured to boost the attack.

Zambian winger Ghampani Lungu could be handed a start. He recently recovered from injury.

Gallants have been beaten in five of their nine matches this term. With three wins in the last six, they are certainly showing improved performances and results.

Three straight losses were followed by successive wins, 1-0 vs AmaZulu at home (PSL) and 3-2 at Polokwane City (Carling KO Cup). They drew 1-1 at home with TS Galaxy before losing 1-0 at Stellenbosch.

Marumo then won 1-0 at home vs Stellenbosch to reach the Carling Knockout semi-finals. Unfortunately, a 2-0 home loss to Mamelodi Sundowns saw them miss out on the final.

Coach Dan Malesela has a settled midfield and attack. Siyabulela Shai will play up front in preference to Gabadinho Mhango.

Joseph Malongoane is still injured at right back. Trevor Mathiane is doubtful Sibusiso Sikhosana could start at centre back again.
