A fine 2-1 home win over Mamelodi Sundowns ended a 10-match winless league run vs those opponents. In midweek, they burgled a 1-0 win at MC Alger despite being outshot 22-4 and having just 32% possession.

Coach Jose Riveiro has three big injuries in his squad. Defenders Olisa Ndah and Thabiso Sesane will play no part.

Key creative midfielder Patrick Maswanganyi is carrying an injury. We could see some rotation here ahead of the MC Alger second leg.
