Coach Roberto D'Aversa is without left winger Lameck Banda. He was injured in the draw against Monza.

Sassuolo lost 4-2 at newly promoted Frosinone having led 2-0. They followed that up by beating Juventus 4-2 thanks to a strong second half.
A 2-1 win at Inter Milan followed as they ended their opponents’ perfect start in Serie A. In typical fashion, they followed that victory by losing 1-0 at home to Monza last time out.
Coach Alessio Dionisi has a clean bill of health. There are no injuries or suspensions to deal with.
