Newly promoted Ipswich remain stuck in the relegation zone and are two points from safety. They are winless in six consecutive Premier League games and have lost four.

Three of those losses came in Ipswich’s last three at Portman Road. The Tractor Boys lost 2-0 to Brighton, 6-0 against Man City and 2-1 to relegation rivals Southampton.

The Suffolk side ended their losing sequence on Saturday with a 1-1 draw at Aston Villa. Liam Dealp opened the scoring and Ipswich faced 2.9 XG, 25 shots and conceded late on.

Axel Tuanzebe was sent off against Aston Villa and is suspended on Saturday.

Forwards Julio Enciso, Chiedozie Ogbene and Conor Chaplin are injured.

Defender Wes Burns and goalkeeper Christian Walton are also unlikely to feature due to injury.

Tottenham are inside the bottom half of the Premier League after securing just two wins from their last nine matches.

Spurs showed signs of improvement by defeating Elfsborg 3-0 and Brentford 2-0. The London club then had a setback with cup defeats at Liverpool 4-0 and Aston Villa 2-1.

Ange Postecoglou’s side returned to form on Sunday, beating Man United 1-0 at home. James Maddison’s 12th-minute goal led Spurs to consecutive league wins for the first time since September.

Defenders Radu Dragusin, Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven are unavailable through injury.

Attacking pair Dominic Solanke and Richarlison are also injured and set to miss out.

James Maddison has scored twice and set up one goal in his last two appearances.

Ipswich are often outplayed in the Premier League and it’s hard to see that theme changing against Tottenham. Spurs are gradually looking better after some poor recent form and can notch another three points at Portman Road.
