Everton Form

Everton sit one point above the Premier League relegation zone in 16th position. The Merseysiders have failed to win 11 of their previous 12 and have drawn six.

Their last win was a 4-0 home victory over Wolves, which was followed by draws with Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City. Everton then lost 2-0 against Nottingham Forest and 1-0 at Bournemouth before beating Peterborough 2-0.

David Moyes returned as Everton manager on Wednesday and oversaw a 1-0 home loss against Aston Villa. It was an even game and Everton had 1.23-1.29 XG but conceded the winner just after half time.

Forward Armando Broja, Youssef Chermiti and Dwight McNeil are set to miss out due to injury.

Midfield duo Tim Iroegbunam and James Garner and defender Séamus Coleman are unavailable here with injuries.

Tottenham Form

Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham are the second-most out-of-form Premier League team with one point from five matches. They are 14th in the table and only eight points outside the relegation places.

Spurs lost three and drew once in the Premier League before some improved form in the cup competitions. Tottenham beat Liverpool 1-0 in the EFL Cup and defeated Tamworth 3-0 in the FA Cup after extra time.
