Head to Head

Arsenal have won seven of their last eight matches against Bournemouth.

Bournemouth Form

The international break came at the right time for Bournemouth following three defeats in their last four matches.

The Cherries also failed to score in each of those defeats to Chelsea 1-0, Liverpool 3-0 and Leicester 1-0.

Bournemouth did get a much needed victory in their last home game when defeating Southampton 3-1 in the south coast derby.

Bournemouth Team News

Tyler Adams could return from a back injury. Otherwise, Bournemouth are injury free.

Arsenal Form

Arsenal find themselves third in the Premier League table following  emphatic wins over Southampton 3-1 and Leicester 4-2 most recently.

Those wins form part of a runs of four successive victories for the Gunners, who also beat Bolton 5-1 in the EFL Cup and PSG 2-0 in the Champions League.

Mikel Arteta's side are on a 16-game unbeaten run in competitive matches since losing to Bayern Munich in the Champions League last April.

Arsenal Team News

A late decision will be made on Bukayo Saka, who picked up a hamstring injury while on international duty with England.

Kieran Tierney, Martin Odegaard and Takehiro Tomiyasu are all ruled out with injury and on-loan goalkeeper Neto is ineligible against his parent club.

Verdict

Arsenal have dominate Bournemouth in recent history and more of the same is predicted given the current form of both sides.
