Kenya vs Comoros Predictions - Kenya to sink Comoros in the COSAFA Cup

Kenya and Comoros meet for the first time in the COSAFA Cup.

Kenya had the perfect start to their return to the Hollywoodbets COSAFA Cup, defeating two-time defending champions Zambia 2-0 during the week. 

Kenya got off to a flyer against Zambia, converting a penalty after nine minutes of play and doubling their tally ten minutes later to take control of the contest.

Zambia had moments to score during the remainder of the match, but Kenya held onto their advantage to cause an upset victory. 

Kenya had 49% possession and four shots in the match, with four attempts on target. 

The Emerging Stars have won three of their last five fixtures, including two losses. They scored seven goals and conceded one.

Kenya will fancy their chances to progress to the knockout rounds when they tackle a Comoros side that has lost three consecutive COSAFA Cup matches.

Patrick Otieno grabbed the second goal against the defending champions.

Comoros came up short against Zimbabwe in their opening Hollywoodbets COSAFA Cup clash, losing by a goal to nil. 

Comoros did enough to frustrate Zimbabwe in the first half, going into the halftime break on level terms.

However, Zimbabwe continued to dominate proceedings in the second stanza, taking the lead in the 53rd minute of the match, which was the winning goal. 

Comoros had 37% possession and seven shots in the match, with three attempts on target. 

The Coelacanths have lost three of their last five COSAFA Cup fixtures, including two victories. They scored six goals and conceded six. 

Comoros did not have the start they wanted in this edition of the COSAFA Cup and must win to keep their hopes alive of progressing further in the competition. However, the going will be tough as Kenya showed what they are capable of in their previous match.
