Young Africans thumped CR Belouizdad 4-0 at home last weekend, moving into second place in the group standings.

Young Africans scored their first of four unanswered goals in the 43rd minute of the match, doubling their tally a minute into the second half, grabbing their third after 48 minutes of play and their fourth six minutes before full-time. 

Yanga had 54% possession and 16 shots in the match, with eight attempts on target. 

Young Africans have registered five wins victories in a row. They scored 12 goals and let in two at the back.

Yanga have won three of their last five away games, including two draws. They have netted seven goals and conceded two.

Young Africans have been in excellent form lately; however, they have a poor record against Al Ahly in this competition, losing all three encounters in Cairo.

Mudathiri Yahya, Kennedy Musonda, and Joseph Gnadou scored against CR Belouizdad, registering their first goals in the competition.

Aziz Ki was also on the scoresheet, taking his tally to two goals in the CAF Champions League.
