Egypt are top of Group D at the moment, ahead of Guinea on goal difference alone. They are two goals better off, so a point here will be enough to remain top.

Defeat however will see Guinea go top with one match to play. From a form perspective Egypt are looking great with five wins on the bounce.

Three successive friendly victories over Liberia at home, Belgium away and Niger at home saw them go into the AFCON qualifiers with confidence.

Egypt then beat Malawi 2-0 at home and 4-0 away to give them a big goal difference boost in the group.
