Rebels vs Western Force Predictions
Both these sides were poor at home last weekend and were well beaten. That makes it difficult to know where they stand, but the Force have been atrocious away from home in recent seasons. I am backing the Rebels to cover the -6 handicap in Melbourne.

- Rebels have won 2 of their last 3 matches against the Western Force.

- Western Force have conceded an average of 45 points in their last 8 away matches.
Head to Head
The Rebels have won two of their last three games against the Western Force. In their most recent meeting, the Rebels ran in a 52-14 win on home soil.
Rebels Form
The Rebels made a horror start to the season last weekend as they crashed to a 30-3 home defeat against the Brumbies.
The visitors dominated from the off as the Rebels forwards struggled to get into the game. The Brumbies, known for how they control the game up front, did just that, and no matter what the Rebels through at them, held firm defensively.
The attacking stats for the Rebels were not poor, but they failed to take any opportunities that they did create.
Rebels Injuries & Team News
After last weeks performance, I would be surprised if there are not quite a few changes this time around.
Western Force Form
The Western Force, like their opponents this week, got off to a poor start in Super Rugby in round one.
While the Force were expected to struggle against the Hurricanes, they were very competitive in home games last season. On Friday last week they were nowhere near competitive as the New Zealand side ran in a 44-14 victory.
This game will be crucial for the Force as they once again look like they will be battling it out near the bottom of the table.
Western Force Injuries & Team News
Much like the Rebels, the Force were well beaten last week. Changes are expected.
Verdict
Rebels are backed to cover the -6 handicap at home.
