Last weekend, the Hurricanes managed to get a crucial win under the belt, beating the Highlanders 20-18 in Dunedin. After dominating much of the 2024 Super Rugby, the Hurricanes will hope that is a catalyst for a run of good results.

Their only defeat followed at the hands of the Reds but the Tahs’ bounced back in superb fashion last weekend, beating the Brumbies 28-23 at home – their first win in a few years against the Canberra side.
