Last week the Crusaders were extremely unlucky to lose 31-24 to the Brumbies in Canberra. They deserved the win but a late try saw the hosts snatch the result.

The Crusaders are at full strength this weekend. A victory could put them in a position to finish in the top 8 next weekend.

Blues Form

The Blues are top of the Super Rugby table with two games to play. They are on 50 points, three more than the Hurricanes in second. With 11 wins in 12 matches, the Blues are certainly the form side of the tournament at the moment.

That said, should the Blues lose to an underperforming Crusaders side on Saturday, they could be second on the table by the end of the weekend. The Blues’ only defeat this season, however, was away against the Hurricanes.

Last week the Blues thrashed the Highlanders 47-13 at home. Prior to that they beat the Hurricanes at home by four points and smashed the Rebels 38-11 in Melbourne.
