Blues vs Fijian Drua Predictions
The Blues have never lost to Fijian Drua and early this season they won by 24 points at home. Given how poor Fijian Drua have been on the road this season, losing their last two away fixtures by 30+ points, I fancy the Blues to cover the -25 handicap.

Head to Head
Blues have won all three previous encounters against Fijian Drua. In round one of the 2024 season, the Blues beat Drua 34-10 in Auckland.
Blues Form
The Blues finished second on the Super Rugby table with 55 points and 12 wins from 14 matches. They led the table for the majority of the final month, but their failure to secure a bonus point in the final round cost them top spot.
The Blues only defeats this season came away from home, winning all seven at home. Their last loss was at the Crusaders, but they bounced back to beat the Chiefs 31-17 at home last weekend.
Prior to the Crusaders loss, the Auckland outfit won nine in a row.

Fijian Drua Form
Fijian Drua finished the season in seventh place which means they have an away quarter-final. While this season can be seen as another success, the Drua have not done well enough on the road.
In Fiji, only the Hurricanes have managed to get a win, so if this was a home game, Drua would have had a chance. Last week the Fijian side easily saw off the Rebels 40-19 at home.
In their last two away fixtures, the Drua have lost 39-3 to the Highlanders and 48-10 to the Western Force.
