Victory against France will all but secure Ireland’s third successive Six Nations title, however, beating France will not be straightforward. In their Six Nations opener, Ireland struggled past England 27-22 in Dublin before beating Scotland 32-18 away from home.
Last time out, against a poor Wales side, Ireland were nowhere near their best in Cardiff. They did manage to eke out a 27-18 win to remain the frontrunners for the title.

Ireland are expected to make some changes ahead of this crucial clash. While the result will not necessarily determine the title race, it could well go a long way towards that.
France Form
France will be disappointed that they are not at least level on points with Ireland, but they can still take the championship away from the hosts.
The French thrashed Wales in their Six Nations opener at home before losing 26-25 in England. It was a game France should have won but somewhat the spurned numerous scoring opportunities. It still took a last minute converted try for England to win.
In round three a fortnight ago, France thrashed Italy 73-24 in Rome. It was a stunning performance against an Italian side filled with quality and a team that drew against France last season.

I do not foresee Fabian Galthie making many changes to a side that has played very good rugby during this campaign.
