This should be an intriguing clash given the confidence Fiji will have after their win over Italy. However, over 80 minutes I believe Argentina will have enough to cover the seven-point handicap.

Fiji suffered defeat in all three group-stage fixtures to Ireland, Australia and England. However, they were more than competitive enough against the Aussies.
It was however in the playoff last weekend against Italy where Fiji showed their true quality. They beat the far more fancied Italy 41-26 to set up this clash against Argentina.

Fiji were at full strength last weekend and will likely make minimal changes this time around.
Argentina U20 Form
Argentina began the tournament in red-hot form, thrashing Italy in their opener. Thereafter things went poorly as they lost 20-0 to Georgia and 24-16 to South Africa.
The latter performance was pretty good, but they couldn’t hold on despite a strong lead at the break. Last weekend Argentina beat Japan 45-20 in the playoff.

Argentina will be confident they can end the tournament with a victory against a Fiji side that shouldn’t pose too much threat.
Verdict
Argentina have had plenty good moments in the tournament and should be too strong for Fiji. I'm backing the South Americans to cover the -7 handicap.
