England U20 vs Fiji U20 Predictions - England tipped to see off spirited Fiji

England and Fiji have not played each other in recent times.

England are one of the most successful U20 sides doing the rounds. They have featured in the semi-finals of 10 of their 12 previous tournaments.

On Saturday the English showed great spirit to come back and draw against Ireland. It was a classic encounter between the two Six Nations sides, and quite impressive considering Ireland’s dominance of the Six Nations earlier this year.

It is a short turnaround and England will be confident in making changes and still getting a result.

Fiji impressed in their opening clash against Australia. Their 46-37 defeat was not quite the result they would have wanted, but there was enough proof that they’ll be no cake walk.

The issue for Fiji is that England will play a far tighter game than the Aussies so broken field play will be much less. That means the Fijians will have to stand up in set pieces and the tight phases to stay in the game.

After a very strong performance, Fiji will look to keep a very similar side this weekend. Injuries could however force a few changes.
