The United Rugby Championship final will kick off at 18:35 SAST on Saturday, 27 May 2023. The defending champions, Stormers host Munster in what should be a cracking contest.

Munster caused a major upset by beating fellow Irish side, Leinster in the semi-final away from home. The Stormers, who finished third on the overall table, beat Connacht who upset Ulster the week before in the quarter-final.

The Stormers will be looking for back-to-back URC titles in their first two seasons in the competition. Last season they defeated the Bulls on home soil and will once again be looking to lift the title in front of their home fans.

Munster however will be no pushover come Saturday. In fact, just a few weeks ago, Munster ended the Stormers long unbeaten home run when they won at this very stadium.

While the Stormers have been superb over the last two seasons, fortune has favoured them. Last season the Bulls upset Leinster at the Aviva while Munster did the same job this time around.
