The Scarlets secured a 30-24 home win over Edinburgh before the halt in the United Rugby Championship for the opening rounds of the Six Nations. 

The Scarlets have had mixed fortunes playing away from home in the competition thus far. They drew 20-all against Benetton, beat Cardiff 25-19, and lost 17-15 to Glasgow and 23-22 to the Ospreys. 

The Scarlets are 6th on the URC log with 27 points from ten games. 

The Scarlets have been struggling to come up with the goods when playing away from home lately, and they have failed to beat Munster on their home patch in their previous four visits.
