Glasgow have made a solid start to their defence of the URC title, winning four of their opening six games. They have 23 points, six off Leinster who are top of the table.

Returning from the international break is never easy, but fortunately it is the same for all URC clubs. The Warriors will still have plenty of confidence after beating the Stormers 28-17 in Cape Town just before the break.

While Glasgow lost at the Sharks the week before that, they did win their games prior. The only other defeat came on the opening weekend when they lost by a point at Ulster.

The Scarlets one can say has exceeded expectations thus far this season with three wins and a draw from their opening six games. They are currently placed in sixth place.

An opening weekend draw in Italy against Benetton was followed by a home defeat to Cardiff. The Scarlets then lost by a point at home to Connacht before bouncing back to beat Cardiff away from home.

Two more victories followed in their two games before the international break, beating the Bulls 23-22 at home and Zebre 30-8, also on home soil.
