While they have been unbeaten, Tasman have not looked unbeatable. They’ve had some close calls over the last month.

Tasman beat Bay of Plenty at home before narrowly defeating Hawkes Bay 25-24 away. It was followed by a home win over Wellington. Last weekend, Tasman just got over the line, winning 27-25 at Waikato.
