Ireland have won their opening two group fixtures which puts them in prime position to top the group.

A superb opening performance saw the Irish beat Italy 55-15 before making loads of changes against Georgia. That was less straightforward, but Ireland still came through with a 22-16 victory.

After reaching the final last year and ending second in the Six Nations this year, Ireland U20 will want to put in a convincing performance as they look to go all the way this time around.

Ireland’s side will be similar to that of the opener against Italy, so expect a few changes.

Australia U20 Form

Australia have struggled at U20 level this year, finishing bottom of the Rugby Championship after losing to Argentina. Although, they did beat South Africa.

In their opening World Rugby Championship fixture, Australia proved too good for Georgia U20, winning the game 35-11.

Last time out though, the Aussies were less convincing, losing 17-12 to Italy. While they made changes to their side, this was a game they would have expected to win.
