Edinburgh have been playing well at home and defeated Bayonne 33-15 in the EPCR Challenge Cup at their stadium last season, which gives them the edge to record a victory in front of their fans.

Edinburgh Team News & Injuries

Scotland internationals Duhan van der Merwe, Ali Price, Pierre Schoeman, Darcy Graham, Ewan Ashman, Grant Gilchrist, and Jamie Ritchie return to the squad after being rested last weekend.

Freddy Douglas and Ben Vellacott picked up ankle injuries against Gloucester and will be unavailable.

Bayonne Form

Bayonne did enough to secure a 17-16 home victory against the Scarlets in their opening EPCR Challenge Cup clash.

Bayonne added a solitary penalty in the second stanza to secure the points.

Bayonne are in solid form, but their results on the road have let them down this season, and they lost by 18 points the last time they faced Edinburgh in this competition.
