Race 2 - GIAMBATTISTA (6)
GIAMBATTISTA ran a very good race when finishing second over this distance on the turf last time. He was cut into that day and reported to have cast a shoe in running. He has placed on this surface and with Diego De Gouveia retaining the ride, he should be the one to beat.
Race 3 - HEAD GARDENER (1)
HEAD GARDENER got going too late when finishing second over 1700m on this course, two weeks ago. That was his first outing with the blinkers fitted which seem to have done the trick. He jumps from pole position and can go one better.
Race 4 - HEARTSEASE (4)
HEARTSEASE has decent recent form lines to her credit. She has finished second twice from as many starts over this C&D. She has cracked a good draw of four and in this type of field, she can notch up her second career victory.
Race 6 - DECORATED (7)
DECORATED finished 0.5 lengths behind FIGHT SONG last time. He is 5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. He is unbeaten from two starts over this C&D and should keep that record intact.
Race 7 - IRISH BELLE (1)
