Race 1 - FOREST SPY (1)

FOREST SPY produced a promising debut effort over this C&D, three weeks ago. He lost a length at the start, but the manner in which he stayed on at the finish was encouraging. The son of Global View would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, he should take a power of beating in this field.

Race 4 - HIGH MOON (1)

HIGH MOON showed signs of needing his comeback run over 1700m at Kenilworth last time. The son of Silvano finished third in his only attempt over this distance. He takes a drop in class and will strip a much fitter horse. If all went well with his travels, he should return to winning ways.

Race 6 - GLOBAL DRUMMER (1)

GLOBAL DRUMMER has top consistent form lines to his credit. He was ultra-impressive in his last two victories. The son of Global View has won three times and finished third once from as many starts over this C&D. He is likely to have his own way in front under 2.5kgs claiming apprentice Kaidan Brewer and should notch up his 14th career victory.

Race 7 - STRANGER DANGER (2)

STRANGER DANGER took on much stronger in the Grade 1 Cape Flying Championship at Kenilworth Racecourse last time. He has won four times and finished second three times from as many starts over this C&D. 2.5kgs claiming apprentice Kaidan Brewer takes the ride and the combination should find themselves in the winner’s enclosure.

Race 8 - EMPERORS DECREE (2)

EMPERORS DECREE was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over this C&D. He was given a five-pound penalty for that victory and against a similar type of field, he is capable of following up with another victory.
