Australia vs Afghanistan Preview
Afghanistan have lost their last two games, both to top class opposition. I don't see this one ending any different with an Australian win backed.

- Afghanistan have lost their last 2 matches.
Head to Head
The Aussies were victorious in their only previous T20I encounter against Afghansitan.
Afghanistan Form
Afghanistan have done well to get this far, winning three of their five matches. That victory over New Zealand in the group stage was crucial in getting them to the Super 8.
In their first Super Eight game, Afghanistan however came up short against India. India batted first in Bridgetown, scoring 181 runs as Afghanistan bowlers struggled to contain them despite taking regular wickets.
In response, Afghanistan could only muster 134 runs with Azmatullah Omarzai top scoring with 26.
Afghanistan Injuries & Team News
With two successive defeats, Afghanistan may need to change things up a bit. Their main concern will be the lack of runs from batsmen.
Australia Form
Australia look in imperious form thus far at the World Cup. They are unbeaten, winning all five games to date.
In their opening Super 8 fixture, the Aussies beat Bangladesh by eight wickets in a rain affected game. Bangladesh scored 140 runs batting first, which saw Pat Cummins take 3-29.
The rain changed the total for Australia who managed 100 in 11.2 overs with David Warner hitting 53 off 35 balls. Travis Head continued his good form with 31 runs.
Australia Injuries & Team News
The Aussies look a slick machine at the moment. They could remain unchanged.
Verdict
Travis Head is backed in the run scoring markets for Australia.
