Sydney Sixers vs Brisbane Heat Preview
The Sydney Sixers lost their last game but won the four before and still top the BBL table. I am backing them to bounce back against a Brisbane Heat side who have yet to find their feet this season.

- Sydney Sixers’ Josh Philippe has scored 35, 42 & 66* in 3 of his last 4 BBL matches.

Head to Head
Over the last four matches, the Sixers have won two and the Brisbane Heat two. They met just a few days ago, a match the Sixers won by eight wickets.
Sydney Sixers Form
The Sydney Sixers are top of the BBL table with four wins in five games. Their first defeat of the season came in their last outing against the Hobart Hurricanes.
The Sixers bowled reasonably well to hold the Hurricanes to 161 in 20 overs. Jackson Bird was the pick of the bowlers, taking 4-16 in four overs.
The in-form Sixers batting lineup, however, failed to fire for the first time this season. They were all out for 111 with three balls to spare.
Sydney Sixers Injuries & Team News
Despite the poor performance in their last outing, the Sixers are likely to stick with the same side, bar a rotation or perhaps two.
Brisbane Heat Form
Brisbane Heat are struggling this season to replicate their form from their championship form last season. They have managed just two wins in five games thus far, but they also made a slow start last season.
Batting first against the winless Melbourne Stars last time out, the Heat could only score 149 in 20 overs. The top four all failed to get past 13 runs until Max Bryant salvaged respectability with a 48-ball 77.
Three early wickets gave the Heat a chance but a superb 132-run fourth wicket stand put to bed any chance of a victory.
Brisbane Heat Injuries & Team News
The Heat need to get their batsmen firing or they are going to continue struggling this season.
Verdict
The Sydney Sixers are backed to win with Josh Philippe to top score. Max Bryant can be backed in the same market for the Brisbane outfit.
