Boland are top of the table after a trio of wins on the bounce, with their bowlers doing much of the damage. Their batting has been solid but they haven’t had the same opportunities to set targets as the Knights batters. The Knights bowling has not been as supportive as the Boland bowlers have been to their batters.

Despite losing early wickets cheaply, the Knights recovered to post 311/6 off their 50 overs against Western Province. Dian Forrester (113* off 99 balls) hit five sixes in his second century in a row.
Tiaan van Vuuren (3/16, econ 2.82) was superb with the ball as Province were skittled for 154 inside 35 overs.

Boland have won all three of their matches in the Challenge this season. Their last match was a thrilling three-wicket victory over the Warriors.
Ayabulela Gqamane (3/24, econ 3.00) starred with the ball as the Warriors were rolled for 198 off 43.3 overs.
Gavin Kaplan (26) guided the top order through a nervy start, but it was thanks to an undefeated stand of 73 for the eighth wicket between No 7 Shaun von Berg (49* off 74 balls) and No 9 Imran Manack (37 off 57) that Boland snuck home with 11 balls to spare.
