Texas Super Kings MLC Squad Preview - Super Kings are ready to claim their crown

The Super Kings reached the play-off stage in the inaugural Major League season in 2023 after winning three of their five matches, only to come undone in the playoffs. They made just three signings in the draft, but they were perfect choices (see below): a powerful top-order batter, an explosive all–rounder, and a devilish quick and tricky quick bowler.

Proteas captain Aiden Markram is the big ticket signing for 2024, as one of the most explosive batters in world cricket, despite a low-key World Cup with the bat. Marcus Stoinis (Australia) is one of Australia’s white-ball stars and an all-rounder that T20 franchises dream about having in their side. Naveen-ul-Haq (Afghanistan) is a quick bowler who enjoyed a superb World Cup and will be a key cog in the Super Kings’ season.
