Delhi Capitals vs Rajasthan Royals Predictions
The Capitals picked up their first loss this season when they went down to the Mumbai Indians by 12 runs. They are playing great cricket, so I am backing the Capitals to get back to winning ways.

Head-to-Head
Rajasthan Royals have won three and lost two of their last five matches against the Delhi Capitals.
Delhi Capitals Form
After winning their first four matches, the Capitals lost to the Mumbai Indians by 12 runs.
Kuldeep Yadav (2/23, econ 5.75) knocked over two of the Mumbai top-three batters and bowled tight throughout, but the home side couldn’t contain the visitors’ batters. Mumbai ended their 20 overs on 205/5… a run-rate of 10.25.
Abishek Porel (33) and Karun Nair (89 off 40 balls) got the innings off to a flying start with a stand of 119 for the second wicket after 10 overs. The rest of the Delhi batters failed to fire and they were bowled out for 193 off 19 overs, frustratingly just 13 runs short of the win.
Delhi Capitals Team News
The Capitals are in superb form and their well-rounded squad is operating like a well-oiled machine.
Rajasthan Royals Form
The Royals crashed to their fourth defeat of the season when they were thrashed by nine wickets by the Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
Yashasvi Jaiswal (75 off 47 balls) starred with the bat for the Royals, but with just two team-mates making it into the 30s, they posted a disappointing 17/4 off their 20 overs.
Royal Challengers had no trouble hitting their target off just 17.3 overs. Kumar Kartikeya (1/25) was the only Royals bowler to pick up a wicket.
Rajasthan Royals Team News
The Royals batting has been inconsistent, and their middle-overs run rate is the second-worst in the competition.
Verdict
I am backing Delhi Capitals to win. I am also backing Karun Nair to top score for Delhi Capitals.
Yashasvi Jaiswal is a good bet to top score for the Rajasthan Royals.
