The Emirates posted a competitive score of 187/7 off their 20 overs against the Capitals. Tom Banton (74 off 52 balls) and Nicholas Pooran (59 off 29) added 109 for the third wicket.

Fazalhaq Farooqi (2/22) and Alzarri Joseph (2/43) put the squeeze on the Capitals batters in securing a 26-run win.
