Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is open to all new and existing Betway customers.
• This promotion is only valid from 03 October 2024 to 25 May 2025. All bets placed outside of the promotion dates will not qualify.
• Customers must claim the offer to qualify for this promotion by doing either of the following:
• Claim via the Arsenal Xclusives banner images on the site by clicking the “Enter Here” button and following the promotional requirements
• Claim via the SMS link
• Claim on the Arsenal Xclusives app push notification
• In order to qualify for tickets into the monthly giveaway draws, customers must place any single or multi bet on any Arsenal games from 3 October 2024 - 25 May 2025.
• Bets must be cash single or multi bets placed pre-match or live.
• Customers will then qualify for a ticket into the Fan Xclusives monthly giveaway draws, which will consist of the following prizes:
• 3 Arsenal Home Shirts
• 3 Arsenal Away Shirts
• 3 Arsenal Third Kit Shirts
• 20 R500 Sports Bonuses
• 20 R500 cash prizes
• Arsenal Memorabilia
• Sports Bonus and Cash Prizes will be credited immediately and may take up to 48 hours to reflect.
• Customers who earn 10 tickets between 03 October 2024 – 31 January 2025 will then earn 1 ticket into the Fan Xclusives Grand Prize giveaway draw. 
• Betway’s Fan Xclusives Grand Prize giveaway draw will award one customer with an experience to play at Arsenal FC’s home ground, Emirates Stadium in London, UK.
• The Betway’s Fan Xclusives Grand Prize will include:
• 1 x Play on the Pitch Experience at the Emirates Stadium in London, UK in May / June 2025 (final date will be advised)
• Accommodation in London, UK for 1 person for 3 nights
• Transport to and from the Airport to Accommodation in London
• Transport to and from the Emirates Stadium to Accommodation in London
• 1 x Return flight from Johannesburg, South Africa to London, UK in May / June 2025 (final dates to be advised)
• The Betway’s Fan Xclusives Grand Prize will not include:
• Any local flights or transport for the winner to get to South Africa, Johannesburg
• Passport application or renewal costs
• Visa application costs for the United Kingdom
• Per diem spending money for the duration of the experience
• The Betway’s Fan Xclusives Grand Prize giveaway draw will take place on 01 February 2025 from all valid entries and the winner will be contacted within 1 week of the draw.
• A valid Betway account is required to participate in the promotion. 
• The promotion is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either South African citizens or permanently reside in South Africa.
• Betway may require the winners to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Betway to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
• The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
• The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner’s image may be used for promotional purposes.
• The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behaviour, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
• The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
• Betway reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the promotion, prizes, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
• All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
• The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.
